9050 Pines Blvd, Suite 150 is where R&C Psychiatry started, and it remains our largest office. Six licensed providers work here, which is why this location carries the widest range of treatment on offer: everything available in Miami, plus Exomind advanced neuromodulation, which is installed only at this site.

Care is available in English and Spanish. Patients arrive from across Broward and northern Miami-Dade, many after years of treatment elsewhere that never quite worked, and the first thing we give them is a longer appointment than they are used to.

Exomind is an AI-guided targeted neuromodulation platform, and Pembroke Pines is the only R&C office where it is installed. Sessions are shorter than a standard TMS course and the full protocol runs to fewer visits, which suits patients for whom a six to nine week daily schedule is impractical.

It is not automatically the better choice. Standard TMS has the longer evidence base and broader insurance coverage, and for many patients it is the right route. Your clinician will explain the trade-off rather than defaulting to the newer machine.

Pines Boulevard puts us within a short drive of Miramar, Hollywood, Davie, Cooper City, Weston, Southwest Ranches, and Fort Lauderdale, and we see patients from across Broward County. Northern Miami-Dade patients, particularly from Hialeah and Miami Lakes, also reach this office easily.
