Integrative Mental Health Care for Children, Teens and Adults
Integrative psychiatric care in western Miami-Dade
Our Miami office at 760 NW 107th Ave, Suite 107 brings R&C Psychiatry's integrative approach to western Miami-Dade. We treat children, adolescents, and adults, combining psychiatric evaluation and medication management with psychotherapy, TMS therapy, and Spravato under one roof, so your care is not split across offices that never speak to each other.
The practice is genuinely bilingual. Si busca un psiquiatra en Miami que hable español, your evaluation, therapy, and every follow-up can be conducted in Spanish by the clinician treating you rather than through an interpreter. In psychiatry that matters more than almost anywhere else, because diagnosis depends on the nuance of how you describe your own symptoms.
One treatment we offer only in Broward County
Most of what we do is available at both offices, but Exomind, our AI-guided targeted neuromodulation platform, is installed only at our Pembroke Pines location. Miami patients who are candidates for it are seen there, and standard TMS therapy, which is FDA-cleared and covered by most insurers, is available here in Miami.
Your clinician will tell you plainly if the difference matters for your case. For most patients seeking neuromodulation it does not, and travelling to Pembroke Pines is unnecessary.
The same practice, closer to western Miami-Dade
Full psychiatric care in English and Spanish, without an interpreter
Children, adolescents and adults assessed and treated in one practice
Coordinated internally rather than across two offices
Standardized rating scales at every visit, not impressions
Where our Miami patients come from
Our NW 107th Avenue office sits just off the Dolphin Expressway, which puts it within a short drive of much of western and central Miami-Dade. We regularly see patients from Doral, Sweetwater, Fontainebleau, Westchester, Tamiami, Kendall, Coral Gables, and Hialeah.
If you are further out, telehealth covers the whole of Florida, and most appointment types other than TMS and Spravato dosing can be handled by secure video. Patients in Broward County are usually better served by our Pembroke Pines office.

Yes. R&C Psychiatry is a bilingual practice and your evaluation, therapy, and follow-up appointments can all be conducted in Spanish by the clinician treating you, not through an interpreter. Tell us your preference when you book and we schedule accordingly. Atendemos en español en nuestra oficina de Miami.
Yes. We assess and treat children, adolescents, and adults in Miami. Child and adolescent appointments include parents throughout and a first visit runs 60 to 90 minutes, since developmental history and school information both matter. Bring report cards or teacher notes if you have them.
No. Exomind is installed only at our Pembroke Pines office. Standard TMS therapy, which is FDA-cleared for depression, anxious depression, and OCD and covered by most insurers, is available here in Miami. Your clinician will tell you if the difference is relevant to your case, which for most patients it is not.
Yes, for most appointment types. Evaluations, therapy, and medication reviews all work well by secure video anywhere in Florida, which saves crossing Miami-Dade in traffic. TMS and Spravato must be delivered in the office, and some assessments of young children are better in person. We advise which applies when you book.
Call (786) 544-9337 or use the contact form on this site and we will confirm a time. Bring your insurance card, a list of any psychiatric medications you have tried with doses and effects, and any previous records. We verify your benefits before the visit and tell you the expected cost in advance.
Individual results vary
Patient experiences are personal and are not a guarantee of any specific clinical outcome. What patients most often mention is the length of a first appointment, the fact that the clinician who evaluates them is the one who continues their care, and being able to describe their symptoms in their own language.
Care in English or Spanish, in person or by telehealth
Whether this is your first psychiatric appointment or you are moving care after years of treatment that has not worked, the starting point is the same: a full evaluation with enough time to get the diagnosis right. Call (786) 544-9337 or request an appointment online and we will confirm a time that works.
